Graduated in Communication Design in the Fine Arts School of University of Porto and Post-graduated in a Masters Design Degree in the Faculty of Arquitecture of the University of Lisbon. Currently doing a PhD research on Information and Communication in Digital Plataforms in a University consortium between University of aveiro and University of Porto.

Has been lecturing at higher education level since 2009 in subjects as Graphic Design, Web and Interface Design, Audiovisual Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Drawing, Illustration and Graphic softwares in graduate and post-graduate degrees.

Was Art Director, Junior and Senior Designer in several Design studios in Porto. Is also a freelance Designer for more than 10 years in Graphic Design, Web Design, Audiovisual Design and Animation projects.

Is currently a researcher in the CETAC.Media (Univ. Porto & Univ. Aveiro) and CIAUD (Univ. Lisbon) research centers.
